We want you to be fully satisfied with your Arctic Monkeys apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and final sale items are ineligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original shipping bag or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
